In the event that the Contractor chooses to cancel the pre-event request due to the impossibility of attending, it is necessary that the request be made at least 3 (three) days in advance, by sending an e-mail to atendimento@fotix.com.br. Purchases made close to the date of the trip, or after the deadline of up to 3 (three) days before the event, are not subject to cancellation. If the minimum number of 20 (twenty) photos provided for in the package is not reached by the end of the trip, the contractor must contact us at atendimento@fotix.com.br or through our service channel on WhatsApp (11) 99749-1003 within 7 days after the end of the event, for proportional reassessment. For cancellations made up to 24 hours before the passenger's arrival, a 70% refund will be applied. After that period, the chargeback will be assessed based on the availability of viable photos for a proportional refund. The refund and cancellation will be processed within 30 (thirty) days after confirmation that the photos were not available by Fotix and/or downloaded by the Contractor, following the refund system corresponding to the payment method used
in the order.
